Z or C to full hop/flap X or V to short hop/dive

I personally use Z and X but i there isn't any known difference. Use short hops to jump up to small platforms on a more optimal line rather than full hopping over them. Try to dive whenever descending

If you spam jump too fast the inputs will drop and you will fall and lose height. Optimal height isn't gained by fastest inputs, make sure you hit the full height of a flap/hop before flapping again if trying to hit a precise jump. The first jump also goes higher than the individual flaps, so the first flap should be slightly delayed for a maximum height jump. Same rule goes for horizontal distance such as when returning to the nest.
