How to install RivaTuner for FPS Capping

[RivaTuner](https://www.guru3d.com/files-get/rtss-rivatuner-statistics-server-download,17.html) is an overclocking and hardware monitoring program, many other categories use it for capping FPS to do either glitches or strats. In Owinka Shooter, FPS Capping via keybind makes doing OOB Bugs easier.

Install, and open RivaTuner by clicking the word at the start of the sentence above. No window will open. But on your taskbar at the bottom right of your screen, you should see a blue monitor icon, click on that.
RivaTuner should open, Click the "add' button, and find your steam directory for Owinka Shooter "OWINKA SHOOTER.exe".
By default the location will be: 
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Owinka Shooter

Then click on OWINKA SHOOTER.exe, and copy the settings below:

The Specific Frame Caps you should have are 30 and 150, or if you need to cap your FPS to play certain games use 60 instead of 150. Those settings should look like this.

If you need 60 FPS to run the game then make it 60 instead of 150, that should look like this:

How to time your runs using LiveSplit

To time all speedruns we use a program called [LiveSplit](https://livesplit.org/downloads/).
Download it by clicking the latest version, extract the zip file wherever you want (to your desktop is recommended), and open LiveSplit.exe.
We generally divide the runs (or) segment(s) into Splits. Splits are basically parts of the whole run. Splits allow you to track your time on each segment or "level/IL" in this case, and see by how much your are ahead of your PB / Personal Best when running the game.

Generally most games have something called an autosplitter, basically it will split automatically once you load into or finish a mission/level. Unfortunately Owinka Shooter does not have one yet 
It's Suggested that you go into your LiveSplit settings by right clicking LiveSplit -> Settings, and turning on global hotkeys, this allows you to split manually in game or to undo splits without having to click on the LiveSplit program. While in settings you can also set your hotkeys for splitting, resetting, pausing, and undoing. Something to mention is that you cannot pause mid run or your run will be denied.
