Hello Everyone,

I've got into speedrunning Naruto Ultimate Ninja over the past few days and something that got my attention was that a runner named PapichuloRV has a run of Zabuza's Saga with the time of 4:57 where he uses powerups from the Item Stock Menu and it seems like a real game changer. My question is, should this really be allowed? Because no other runner at any other category had used this for their runs and it's technically considered an NG+ feature, since you don't have access to these items on the first playthrough.
