I got a sub 15 for christmas :P

It can be faster if you skip the frost novas in the ending. But it is twice the risk of wasting the cold blood.

I think the time can go as low as a 14:30 with this strategy.

I dont know if pyroblast spam is faster than 2 turns kills in the mid game also.
