Hey, I recently started getting into speed-running for this game and I wanted to try to do it, but I don't have a capture card and don't think my computer could run an emulator for this game. Would a low quality run recorded from my phone be counted as legitimate?

You can use a webcam/phone facing a TV if you need, it's better than nothing
