Apperantly he crushed multiple world records all within 24 hours and not just that but also he hasn't uploaded any minecraft vids or speedruns in the past, no one knows about him and the runs for some reason don't look right and to me he seems pretty suspicous, I want you guys to tell me what you think.

I know the speed uhc he messed up a lot but still beat it. That is a possibility that he used cosmetics

ok i want MPDE to turn on his view bobbing and use labymod as he doesn't look legit and ik he is StarMonkay who hacked on the Dragon Escape Speedrun

unless he wants to hold f3 the entire run then i suggest labymod

Don't do labymod, just ask him to f3 for half a second at the beginning of the run if you feel its necessary. Not sure how labymod can prove he isn't hacking, there might be a ghost client with labymod or something (lol)
