Are you allowed to get to the end quickly and mine a chunk there?
And if so are you allowed to go to the very edge and mine off say, 1 block that's in the entire chunk?
I assume you need to mine at least 1 block for it to count, please correct me if I am wrong

You arent allowed to mine in the end, its overworld or nether only.

Mods, please add Mine A Block%. It seems like a very good category

MIning in the nether is faster but does not make sense because you also have to fine up the to top and bottom bedrock
