The Axolotl is a cute new mob in the 1.17 update. It spawns in underground lakes and can be tamed with tropical fish. In the category Axolotl% you have to get tha advancement: The healing power of friendship. You get the advancement when you win a fight with an Axolotl.

I think it also attacks drowned

It attacks any aquatic mobs apart from Dolphins and Turtles, so it attacks Drowned, Squid, Guardians etc.

find a seed that has an axolotl and squid in same water pool

a seed can not have that because mob spawning is semi-random and NOT based on seed but you could find an underground cave near the ocean and have good chances of those two creatures spawning
