well maybe i got the answer...there are something called"weak-loading block"(I don't know if it's the correct way to call...)When the dragon go into the"weak-loading"block,the system will judge that"the dragon is already died"and then open the portal...

Not to my knowledge. What speedrunners do is downgrade to 1.5 and after going into the end ran from the dragon so it despawns, even for a second. The portal will activate and you can run to it and hop in, even if the dragon isn't dead.
