1. Make a new world using the seed 66898262
2. Get an anvil, ender pearl, eye of ender, boat, bow, and power 5 book.
3. Fly (or throw a pearl) to roughly X:825, Y:70, Z:30 and mine down until you reach the stronghold portal room.
4. Fill all of the end portal frames in with eyes of ender and enter the portal once it's lit.
5. Throw a pearl to roughly X:1, Y:37, Z:0 and place a boat on the pillar in the middle.
6. Fly about 10 blocks away and place an anvil.
7. Use the anvil to give your bow power 5.
8. Wait for the dragon to perch and get stuck in the boat, and then kill it.
9. Jump in the portal.
