Hi, I’m curious about the rule on random seed (You may not learn the seed during the run Do not do /seed If on a version before 1.3, do not use the F3 menu (it shows the seed) Do not reverse engineer the seed).
I just don’t realise how that can affect performance, its not like someone has already practiced that seed and has it memorised if its random seed (there are like 18 quintillion seeds, you’re not gonna get the same one as before, know it, and have practiced it).
Yes, I agree, it’s a bit odd. The play has a very low chance of getting a seed the second time so why hide the seed?
It’s to prevent people using an internet seedfinder, to look for things such as structures.
