My first run was rejected in 2 days but my second run is not accepted in the week why?

rejecting runs is much easier. have you ever tried proving someone innocent?

Maybe luck, your first run was submitted when there were no other runs but your second one when more people submitted it.

There is a bot which autorejects runs that dont have a seed in desc for example
