in the rules for 1.16+ it says i can't use gamma above 1.0 but in some runs i see them using 5.0, is it allowed?

If you join the discord, you'll know that until further notice, gamma up to 5 are allowed.

Encouraged to use gamma 1, allowed to use up to gamma 5 until further notice.
