I have a poor framerate on Windows 10 so I tried out the game in a VirtualBox emulation of Windows XP. I'm a noob at this thing so some games work perfectly, some have issues (mainly stuttering audio) and one doesn't work at all. So, when I tried out this game there, the framerate was the way it should be, BUT! the firetruck and the armored police tank always shot at an extremely short distance, making it extremely hard to extinguish fires and impossible to catch criminals (they'll always escape if not stunned with laughing gas). I have no idea what's the cause since everything else seems to work fine.
