All Events Cutscene/Awards Skip Tutorial

If you notice the world record runs of this game, you'll notice that when MrFun, Cmdr, SonicSam, etc. finishes an event, he pauses the game and hits "Select Event" on the pause screen. There are different variations of this skip and it depends on the event so I recommend watching MrFun's WR to get more detail.

All Events Fast Exit Guide

In the "All Events" category, as well as “Olympic Events” and “Dream Events”, you can pause and exit when the event is finished. This guide will tell you when you are allowed to quit out of each event.

- **100m:** Exit on "Finished".
- **110m Hurdles:** Exit on "Finished".
- **4x100m Relay:** Exit on "Finished".
- **Long Jump:** Exit on "Foul".
- **Hammer Throw:** Exit on "Foul".
- **Discus Throw:** Exit on "Foul".
- **Javelin Throw:** Exit on "Foul".
- **Uneven Bars:** Exit on "Time's Up" (if you don't grab onto the bar, the event will end after a small amount of time, allowing this to happen).
- **Trampoline:** Exit on "Finished".
- **Rhythmic Ribbon:** Exit on "Finished".
- **Swimming:** Exit on "Finished".
- **Synchronized Swimming:** Exit on "Finished".
- **Canoe:** Exit on "Finished".
- **Equestrian:** Exit on "Finished".
- **Badminton:** Exit when the announcer shouts "Game".
- **Volleyball:** Exit when the announcer shouts "Set".
- **Table Tennis:** Exit when the announcer shouts "Game".
- **Football:** Exit on "Time's Up" after the second half (if the score is tied, the event is not over, so you will have to play Extra Time". If it's still tied after that, you must play the Penalty Shootout).
- **Shooting:** Exit when "Finished" appears on the final round.
- **Fencing:** Exit on "Finished".
- **Cycling:** Exit on "Finished".
- **Dream Long Jump:** Exit on "Finished".
- **Dream Rafting**: Exit on "Finished".
- **Dream Discus:** Exit on "Finished".
- **Dream Uneven Bars:** Exit when "Finished" appears after the platform stops moving (After "Time's Up", there is still an opportunity to score points, so don't quit out there).
- **Dream Hurdles:** Exit on "Time's Up".
- **Dream Equestrian**: Exit on "Finished".
- **Dream Sprint:** Exit on "Finished".
- **Dream Trampoline:** Exit on "Finished".
- **Dream Spacewalk:** Exit on "Finished".
- **Dream Fencing:** Exit on "Finished".

For the last event, instead of quitting out, stop the timer when the condition is met.

London Party

Yes, first of all in London party spam the 2 buttons. Getting the nearest item block gives you a good advantage. You will have two choices,  in the sticker page this choice depends on you. First is getting an advantage with the question blocks and the second option is placing stickers fast. If the CPU is going to place a sticker, I suggest you go to the question mark because the CPU's place stickers slowly. And I suggest memorize the minigames because the lakitu catching game takes too long. In Characters there isnt much of a difference. But be sure to pick someone who's quick. The part which I am bad at is the quiz. practicing for the quiz is highly advised. Next is catch the floating stiker. In this minigame, the more stickers the better it is. When you start the minigame it gives you a bonus special sticker. And last but certainly not least, the competition time. Selecting the shortest minigame is wise. I will surely post more posts like this.
