So I installed the game but it says that I can't play it unless I have admin privileges even though I am an admin. Does anyone know how I bypass this?

right click "run as admin" maybe?

I tried that and the game doesn't start up

What have you done? I know this post is old, but I have exactly the same problem.

For anyone who stumbles across this post, basically, the game's DRM checking for a disc is so strong and secure that the game just doesn't pass the disc check on modern versions of Windows (anything newer than XP). Unfortunately, the only way to bypass this on modern versions of Windows is to use a modified exe file for the game that removes this check. If anyone needs help with this, join the discord and the community can help you from there.
