As of right now I do not think anyone has done any runs on wii. There is potential for some different glitches as it is a different version but since nothing has been shown yet we are keeping things the same leaderboard wise. I would definitely recommend trying to see what sort of glitches you can find on wii though :D
Adding to what Zojalyx said, the only known glitch exclusive to the Wii is a method of stud farming by doing day/night warps to Isengard. Other than that every other discovery would be new
I plan to start speedrunning on wii as that's the only version I have
wii would be slower in most contexts mostly down to load times and having a capped fps (which wont affect r any%)
it doesn't say that, it only says that it must be at 60hz in the settings. since this isn't a setting on wii...
I was looking into it in 2020, some techniques seem impossible seeing as there is a difference in how the game loads in characters, (only keeping in a couple characters, usually 1 big and 2 small ones)
