Practice files, each of which at the beginning of each episode. Put in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\LucasArts\LEGO® Indiana Jones™ 2\SavedGames . Save slot position is from 0-5.
Files must be renamed to 'SaveGame0.LEGO®_Indiana_Jones™_2_SavedGame' as the special characters were removed in the file zipping process.
