Hi guys so i found some glitches that may help me for the speedruns, but i'm confused if ALL of the glitches are permitted expect the double crouch one

I believe time stop glitch is the only other one not allowed

yea pretty much. Only the dc glitch isnt allowed in any% as of now. Oh and the time freeze glitch , but that one isnt allowed in any category or speedrun. If you have a question about if any other glitch is allowed or not just ask .

i found a glitch that if you reset after the victory screen after like 1 hour it immediatly make me win at 00:00, is that allowed?

i think thats the time stop glitch, it occurs when you die in the void after completing a level

so no, it is not allowed
