Alright guys, this is very similar to something done in Undertale speedrunning already, and I was wondering if it could apply to IMSCARED as well. Quick note here, I'm using Windows 7, but I'm pretty sure this works on other Windows versions.

Now, all of you runners have muscle memory to know exactly where the IMSCARED shortcut is on your desktop, and that is important.

Ok, so I want you to go into this directory: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Imscared

Open that folder, and copy all 130 items inside. Then, go to your desktop and create a new folder. Mine is called "IMSCARED NO STEAM"

Paste all 130 items inside of that folder, scroll down to the bottom, and delete "steam_api.dll"

Now, go back to your desktop and right click. Hover over "New" and you should see the option to create a shortcut. Click that, and then hit "Browse."

Navigate to your desktop folder, and click on the IMSCARED.exe file. Now that you've created the desktop shortcut, move it over to where the old steam shortcut was. Congrats! You've now saved a bit of time!
