You're on the category extensions page. To submit an any% run go to the main hello neighbor speedrun page and click on the arrow as shown in the image I posted. When you do all the alphas will be shown.
how people find THIS page before the main one is still insane to me; guess the tunnel vision is too much that they forget to look at the game title (which says Hello Neighbor Category Extensions on THIS PARTICULAR PAGE)
Well thankfully I have an image I can post in these forums to direct people to the correct page with the alphas. They probably come here because they can't find the alpha games, which still makes no sense because these are bonus categories.
Also when you click the arrow on the main page it should look like this (for the forum creator)
