The rounding of ms is done differently in the "GAME CLEARED!" and the "THANKS FOR PLAYING!" end screens. The former always floors the value while the latter rounds, so you can sometimes have .01 difference between the two.

When these are different, which should count -- the game cleared, which will be lower by .01s or the thanks for playing which will be higher?

eg: Time: 73.248 GAME CLEARED!: 73.24 THANKS FOR PLAYING!: 73.25

The end screen is the "game cleared" screen, I decided to make this the rule since it makes the times slightly lower & felt like a better way to do it, Ill update the game rules to make it more clear, Thanks for the feedback!
