Lots of time loss in menus, dialogs, and cutscenes.

Thought I had discovered a time save where loading a game and then quitting to main menu before starting a run sped up the loading time SIGNIFICANTLY. But then I read the rules here and saw that runs start at "Act 2", so that's completely irrelevant. I start my timer right when I start the new game (as does at least one other run I saw here) but if anything that hurts my time so it shouldn't be a problem.
