Category extensions would be nice because the community can have their suggestions as actual leaderboards

Every Location/Site/Landmark from the Data tab, you can find all of them here: Sites & Wonders | Grounded Wiki | Fandom You could also obviously do this for any other data items(Creature cards, SCA.B Flavours, and general data items like folders and audio logs) and also all milk molars.

Good ideas! Zero has said on discord that if you want a new category on the leaderboards upload a good run of it and he'll make the category on here. I'd imagine if it's too obscure it might not get a category but maybe we could have a miscellaneous section if we have a few random ones like all landmarks or all sca.b's.
