Mothra is always top tier. Also special moves have a higher chance of stun, and allow you to build meter for supers. Mothras jump super moves doesn't knock down which makes is S+. Megaro and Radon might be better with the strategy, even more so with a correctly places super. A very fun game lots of broken stuff to cry and laugh about!

The japanese version not only saves a minute because of the removal of bonus stages, meter works correctly. I think if others do attempt this run, its the better version to use. Characters play the same aside from sprite swaps.
