Here's some things I've seen mentioned in various threads but I'd like to put it all in one place:

1. Allow users to disable comments on their own runs (maybe on a per run basis), game moderators to disable comments on individual runs, and add a blanket leaderboard setting that disables comments on all runs on the leaderboard. 
2. Add a setting to toggle whether or not the "Games Followed" box is shown on your profile 
3. Move the moderators list up near the top like it used to be (maybe under the "Game Stats").
4. Make the edit run page follow the new layout (it currently doesn't).
5. Maybe add a way for comments to be viewed through the mod hub.

Of course these are just suggestions but I think they would all make the update much better for everyone.
