Fix 1 : Switch to old layout

The issue can be caused by the change in the webpage , so if you have option the webpage to switch to older version, please try that. Try logging by Switching to old layout as this may work with high probability.

Fix 2: Try different Case

Sometimes the website developer are nonrennet about LOWER Case and UPPER case use, for example putting an email should be case insensitive, but sometimes site developer makes it case sensitive. As a workaround try using only lower case as this may help.
