As long as the timing is accurate, the colour on the timer doesn't matter. Your comparison splits suggest you once completed the run in 1:57, which is obviously not correct. My advice would be to delete your golds and "PB" times and just start all over with your splits. But if the 37:41 is a PB for you, definitely still submit it.

As long as the video quality and encoding is fine, then you can submit the run.
Timing the run yourself, during the run, is optional most of the time.
You'll need an accurate time when you submit the run, but it is absolutely not necessary to show a timer on-screen except in some rare cases when an autosplitter is required... (or if the mods of the game are exceedingly incompetent and rely on the runner's own timer to "verify" the run.)
