Does anyone know what the most tied speedrun on the site is?

https://www.speedrun.com/titol1 Eight ties, which is one of the most ties ever in Flash games history.
In my opinion, short and easy ILs shouldn't really count for ties. I can think of lots of games where "level 1" is so simple that anyone can get the tied world record on, without even trying. The runners just have to play, record and submit - this whole process should take 5 minutes at most.
