What is the best place to upload a massive file so that you guys can use that for the speedrun?

Probably YouTube or Twitch, those are the main sites used here. I'm not familiar with Twitch so I am not sure if you can upload there a pre-recorded video. Anyway, you can see on YouTube speedruns which last hours.

Twitch used to have a way for you to upload video files but they may have removed it from lack of use. But, if memory serves me, it was terrible and you’re better off using YouTube for any uploads.

Thanks i was already doing youtube but I did the GOIWBF meme% and it was around 50 hours and I was wondering if there was anywhere faster.
