I mean as long as the video sharing site has public, permanent links, that have some sort of way to download/view the video file, it is allowed (except for nsfw adult content sites). That being said, YouTube/Google Drive and Twitch are the safest bets, however there are people who cant access/do not want to sign up for these platforms. Whatever popular video sharing site thats popular for your region is the best bet. Other recommendations include: BiliBili, Mega, Dropbox, Onedrive, Odyssee, PeerTube, Vimeo, ClipChamp, Xbox GameDVR (make sure these are permanent), TwinGalaxies submissions.
