I'd rather say: it depends what the community of that game thinks.
@your_pal_mr_face If you're interested to explore it further you could come up with an interesting route and show it to the community of that game. If it is interesting for some people it might become a new category. If you don't have the resources to route it yourself you could at least post in that game's forum to let the people there know.
I will have to agree with @happycamper_. If what happened to you was because of a lag, some will find it amusing, but for sure, some will also find it "unfair," in a sense. I hope you get what I mean. But if it's not something you planned to happened, I don't think you should think too much about it. But yes, you should at least let the mods know so they can do something about it, if it's not a part of the game.
