I deeply apologize to whoever has to verify this run. I accidentally split at the start of PQ3 because I thought I had another split there but it actually stopped the timer. I went back and counted the frames to verify for myself and got 8423 frames between when I accidentally stopped the timer and the first frame of the Prison door opening, but please double check me on this.
