Would the Final Domo have to be collected last in a 148 run as if in a new save? My routing depends on the rule here. I'm hoping that I can collect Final Domo and then focus on the non-standardized domos (i.e Alien Domo).

there are 148 domos not including The Final Domo, because Shoop Da Woop Domo is missing from the checklist - afaik The Final Domo wouldn't be counted in full game runs because it's classed as Special by the game (Similar to Trapped Planet3arth or VIP Domo)

So in other words you can ignore it completely, good luck :3
