Is the only bug not allowed the sprint bug?
I was thinking of incorporating the hexen table teleport to the train and the infinite loot from the specific neighbor into a run. Would that be allowed? also is the infinite head cherub bug still in the game?
I will have to revise it to see if it isn't game breaking (The Hexen Teleport to the train) if not then it's going to Skip%.
However, Infinite Head is allowed, I'm okay with that

Visual and Rule Changes! Introducing Optimal Premade Save Files
