This Is A Preload Character i made with the S.P.E.C.I.A.L and perk stats needed for the run

how to install and add to file:

1) install the file to your downloads folder

2) Rename to any.GCD

3) go to Fallout 2 > DATA > and drag file into DATA

4) Load Fallout 2 and press New Game > Create Character > options > Load > any.GCD

Fallout 2 Any% Preload Character

Rename the file to ENDANIM.FRM and copy it to YourFolderOfFallout2\data\art\intrface for fast animation in combat, identical as in official russian version
