Watching my PB (which has an input display) should be pretty helpful for learning how this route translates to the run, especially if you're already familiar with EarthBound RNG manip and the ways that it can go wrong. Using the lua script to display spawn lines (written for bizhawk 2.2) can help with knowing the positioning of when to do manip inputs as well, and I'd be happy to help with anything you need.
