I found that Arithium's Boogey% Guide was super helpful, but since I wanted something I could just glance at over the course of a run. I tried to condense the info as much as possible into a series of images, while minimizing the text involved:

The guide assumes you know the basics of the run. Like, how to get to the meteorite or to Twoson and that you need to equip the gear as you pick it up. Though some of the more specific speedrun movement is shown. If you see an image and are wondering what it's meant to convey, I'd recommend watching Arithium's video.
