So this run still isn't routed, I know for sure there are a few places I could have probably saved some time on just by taking slightly different routes. Overall I think sub 43 might be possible with actual good routing. Sub 44 definitely possible and fairly free imo. Sadly unless there is some glitch found sub 40 will probably never happen. The game doesn't seem too buggy besides being able to softlock by trying to skip dialog and also activating something.
