Doubutsu no Mori All Bugs Notes:

- And make sure to do this prior to erasing game pak: set the date/time to January 2nd at 7 PM (safe) Year 2015. 

 - (risky Don't recommend for new runners.) change to 6:25pm October 16th-30th. this is to catch a few september bugs early but really not safe.

-  ique: when rover asks you the date and time change it to the date on n64 nstc-j also 

Follow this below before starting on ique:

 Ique requires you to change your clock because it will reset to default clock inside the system menu. Also make sure inside the system menu thing to change it to: year 2003 and to January 2nd at 7 PM of the year 2003. (This will fix the time travel issue.) Just remember though you can't go back any further then 2003. Not too huge of a deal but fixes it for the most part.

- Only do this on iQue: when rover asks is the time set correctly say no and set it to the year 2015

- if i'm incorrect and you timed it let me know the time save for doing it. or if there isn't one but it looked like it saved time.

- After choosing your house and going through Nook's dialogue, introduce yourself to the 6 villagers in your town,

- Complete Nook's chores, Save and reset just before the text comes up if your on ntsc-j (don't reset if on iQue)

-Travel to new years day and buy Wall Paper/Furniture/Carpet at least spend 2k bells and save and quit.

-MAKE SURE to travel back a year and set the date to october and any day of 2014

- Buy Net

 - This is a list of insects, grouped by peak times, as well as when they need to be caught by.  You must catch the insects listed in a section before moving on from that section. 

 - Once you catch the needed insects for a section, you can save and quit, and time travel to the next section. 

- Also if it rains S+Q to a day that it is not raining.

October (16th - 30th), 7 PM:

Tips: (When Time Traveling don't go forward go backwards.)
	(Good luck, have fun, and Catch'em All!)
	(In risky route don't set it January 2nd 2015)
	(Also you can only drop one item at a time.)
	(You can't sell more then one thing at a time unless you have more then one of that one thing)
	(When you try to buy something get 10 fruits at least and sell whatever else you have to afford the net and the item you need to buy to unlock it.)
	(If on ique don't reset the console it's only faster on n64.)
	(Also Banded dragon fly is way easier to catch because it doesn't despawn it just flys fast.)
	
	(If you played the GCN title before this. This would be a lot easier.)

- In introduction when K.K asks what do you want to do change the text to sillence select the first part of the options Select the Third one in both selections. (If on ique this isn't required.) ique: when rover asks you the date and time change it to the date on n64 nstc-j also

(It saves like a .2 of second per 3 text boxes or something dumb its up to you though.)

- Chores: chances to get a table after lost and found: in nooks store after chore completion or from a villager
(if you don't get a 2x1 table in the shop villager or lost and found reset after furniture deleivery
- Complete Nook's chores,

- Buy 2x1 table if you see one in shop here  if you already have a 2x1 table and none are in the shop buy something else for at least 1800-2100 bells or buy things that are 1100 and stuff to add up to 1800-2000 bells buying, flowers, trees, 
and mail doesn't count.

-Save and quit change the date foward by 1 day and buy the net it should exist in the shop now.
- save and quit change the time to 5am and catch a giant beetle its rare so if you don't one right away no worrys it will come eventually
- before you save and quit dupe the giant beetle 15 times and then buy tape decks 3 to be exact.

how much to dupe?: a total of  2 oh the first debt on the second debt 6 of them on the final debt 49 and you should have exactly enough to pay everything.

Table Translation Guide

As there are no "secret codes" in Doubutsu no Mori to obtain a 2x1 table for free from Tom Nook, you instead have to get lucky in one of three ways: lost and found, chores, or Nook's shop.
 
The following are all 2x1 table names in the Japanese with their English (ACGCN) equivalents:
 
Kana (Transliteration) - English (cost from Nook)
 
アジアなテーブル (ajia na teeburu) - Exotic Table (Redd only)
アジアなバンダヂ (ajia na bandaji) - Exotic Chest (1800 Bells)
カントリーなつくえ (kantorii na tsukue) - Ranch Tea Table (1800 Bells)
モノクロローテーブル (monokuro roo teeburu) - Modern Table (1800 Bells)
モノクロデスク (monokuro desuku) - Modern Desk (2480 Bells)
リゾートなテーブル (rizooto na teeburu) - Cabana Table (1800 Bells)
