Under "Steam\steamapps\common\DmC Devil May Cry\DevilGame\Movies" Delete or rename the following files.

AMDLogo.bik Capcom.bik Ninjatheory.bik UE3_logo.bik

if you want to be able to watch the files head to http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm and download "The Rad Video Tools" and then open any .bik file with the "RadVideoPlayer"

All .bik files can be replaced with the above tool.
