I don't know what happened here. I just phased right through the enemy. I didn't hit it with my whip or take damage. When I analyze the footage frame by frame it appears that I teleported forwards to the other side of the enemy.

This is really strange. But I'm not sure how it would help... Also, good luck on the grind, I think 2-3 seconds of time save are possible in seal demon!

its because you were on the stair and if you hold down before downwards facing stairs, it will basically teleports you a block ahead to the stairs
