Also, I went to check on the wiki if anything affected anything mechanically to see that Walking-and-Jogging speed increases with Character Height. The any% guide only mentions getting Weight above 109. Does the same preset just happen to have maximum height, or is there a reason ppl don't manually increase the height to maximum?

Certainly, increasing the length of the character's legs will increase the speed of jogging and walking. However, in Speedrun, 90% of the movement is done by Shearing Wind. Foot length does not affect the distance traveled by the Shearing Wind. And by using preset number 8 when editing characters, you can select the one with the maximum leg length and the shortest weight that meets the criteria. In the early stages when Shearing Wind is no longer available, leave her belongings to Luke to keep Arisen's weight in berry light. Increases movement speed by 5%. I haven't done this in my records.
