Are we allowed to use programs like "CheatEngine" to speed up the game? Also, does this have to be on the flash version, or can we do it on steam and mobile too?

I think mobile is allowed as it is specifically said in the platforms, but pc is vague as there is 2 types of games on PC, I think there should be another option for browser.
