Would separate level runs be available? Each one has its own timer and all.

for my opinion level-runs are not a good idea. There are over 500 levels and the most (especially the easy ones) are shorter than two or three seconds.

I like the 25level-patterns

I know this is a very old post, but Blendoku also maintains its own IL leaderboard now. You can check your ranking by tapping the icon in the bottom right corner. Unfortunately, you can't see who's ahead of you or any faster time besides the WR, but at least there's some aspects of a leaderboard there.
