For future runners: I tested a foot controller with max menu scrolling speed, and that stacks with the mouse scroll. I was too lazy to run with it consistently here. Multiple scroll wheel inputs seem to stack, too. Would probably be worth if someone wanted to do a Loba ult run for funsies.
Unfortunately, setting m_rawinput 0 and increasing the Windows scroll setting didn't work. I'm calling this decent enough because I don't have a hyperscroll mouse, so aggressive mouse wheel spinning is too much suffering in such a short run loop.

Hey everyone, Season 20 introduced a new evo shield mechanic, where players can level it up to LVL 4 (Red) in several different ways during a game. We've added a category (called Max Evo) so players can try and speedrun it. Make sure to read the category rules!
