I just submitted that run and then my run was rejected. I didn't even use mods in that run. I only use the sprint hat and thats it. Its like my il run was rejected for nothing. What modded hats did I use in the hat wheel?

Having modded hats enabled is not allowed, even if you didn't use them. Just disable your modded hats before doing a run and you'll be fine.
