almost every other multiplayer game does this in some way for their records, but this one doesnt require it for some reason. to me this seems like a massive security issue with cheated records :p

Honestly, it may be because of how different games work, since Interliminality, isnt like the other games, theres no reason to require all povs since cheated runs would be easy to detect in only 1 pov, as certain things always will take around x seconds or y minutes, thats why we dont require all povs
