The key point is to spawn three other enemies before reaching the guardian so that it has no room in memory to spawn. This saves around 30 frames compared to the damage skip when going to the second thief guild. Since it does not work if you push any enemies off buildings to their death, it is unknown at this time if it saves time when going to the third thief guild.
