ive been trying to work on this game again, just trying to see who'd be interested in doing races and stuff
i never ran this game before, but i would be interested.
its not super hard. theres not really skips as much as there is just faster routes through rooms, and knowing what can spawn and where. heres my current run (unverified but ~10 minutes faster than the most recent record)
ps. You will die. i lost at least 3 minutes to just bad deaths.
In reply to your comment about your teammates/NPC's having buggy movement, you should check your v-sync settings. That's what makes your eyes/NPC's actions look fast.
word. ill definitely check that out, the question is though. how will that affect the other parts of the game, but im going to make a discord real quick for speedruns, im sure there is a centralized one somewhere but i have no idea where.
I don't think it really affects the gameplay a whole lot other than just the jittery-ness of the characters.
I'm thinking of running the game once I beat it. It'd probably be on PS3 though since I don't have it on Steam.
I'd be interested if you made a Discord server for this.
the discord would be for speedruns and friends in general. grow a small community, ill make it when i get home from work today. we'll see how it goes. also my runs last night were terrible. bad luck all around.
